Zusammenfassung
Unter Anwendung eines Dot-Blot-Verfahrens mit 32P-markierten HPV-RNA-Gensonden waren zervikale Bürstenabstriche mit der Pap.-Gruppe IV a/b von 64,7% (22/34) Frauen vor der Konisation für die DNA humaner Papillomviren (HPV) positiv. Davon zeigten 68,1% (15/22) die HPV-DNA-Typen 16/18 und zu 45,4% (10/22) die Typen 31, 33, 35. Das Durchschnittsalter betrug 42 Jahre. 60% waren unverheiratet.
