Zusammenfassung

Beinahe jede Hautläsion, einschließlich Psoriasis, Dermatitis seborrhoica, Lichen ruber planus, Ekzeme usw., kann in der Region des äußeren Genitales und des Perineums auftreten. Man sollte den Patienten auch nach anderen Lokalisationen befragen und untersuchen. Bei jedem Auftreten von Juckreiz oder einer infektiösen Dermatitis in dieser Region ist es wichtig, einen Diabetes, Pedikulose oder Skabies auszuschließen.
