Abstract

In situ pressure EPR investigations (MPa range) of forsterite and MgO single crystals were carried out at room temperature and pressure in the MPa range. Elastical deformations are monitored by the two different Cr3+ centres in forsterite and by Fe3+ centres in MgO.
