Konversationale Modellierung graphisch-interaktiver Systeme: Ein Beispiel

Abstract

Die Schnittstellen wissensbasierter Informationssysteme basieren häufig auf dem Ansatz der direkten Manipulation von virtuellen Objekten. Mit komplexer werdender Funktionalität der Systeme zeigen sich jedoch die Nachteile dieser räumlich orientierten graphischen Interaktion, die z.B. in Hypertext-Anwendungen zu Konfusionen der Benutzer führen. Als Ausweg bieten sich hybride Systeme an, die Vorteile des manipulativen und des konversationalen Ansatzes vereinigen sollen. Waren bislang die Anstrengungen auf die Entwicklung multimodaler Interaktionsformen ausgerichtet, so stellen wir einen komplementären Ansatz vor, der am Beispiel der Schnittstelle eines wissensbasierten Volltextinformationssystems erläutert wird. Dabei erweitern wir die Konzeption des graphischen Dialogs, die Präsentation und Manipulation von Objekten als lokutive Akte interpretiert, um illokutive Komponenten, die eine weitergehende Dialogdeterminierimg im Sinne des Griceschen Kooperationsprinzips zu spezifizieren erlauben. Die spezifischen Aspekte der Struktur “graphischer Dialogakte“ werden anhand von Beispielen diskutiert, wobei die Konditionen der Akte insbesondere kognitiv-ergonomische Aspekte der Interaktion erfassen.
