Zusammenfassung

Lippenkrebs gehört zu den häufigsten malignen Tumoren im Kopf-Hals-Bereich. Aufgrund der besonderen Lokalisation auf dem Lippenrot, der Grenze zwischen Haut und Schleimhaut, nimmt er eine Sonderstellung ein. Teilweise werden Lippenkarzinome den Hautkarzinomen, teilweise den Mundhöhlenkarzinomen zugeordnet. Klammt [6] gibt die relative Häufigkeit der Lippenkarzinome unter den Mundhöhlenkarzinomen mit ca. 60%, diejenige unter den Karzinomen des Gesichts mit ca. 50% an.
