Zusammenfassung

Die isolierte hypertherme Extremitätenperfusion (IHP) ist eine etablierte Methode zur adjuvanten oder therapeutischen Behandlung maligner Melanome und Weichteilsarkome der Extremitäten [1, 2, 5]. Eine wesentliche methodische Einschränkung der Wirksamkeit liegt in ihrer Begrenzung auf ein oder zwei Anwendungen [4].
