Zusammenfassung

Gibt es eine Beziehung zwischen mikrovaskulären Komplikationen des Diabetes und der Qualität der Stoffwechseleinstellung? Diese Frage ist immer noch Gegenstand der Diskussion [1, 2]. Im folgenden wird dieses Problem auf der Grundlage einer Übersicht der rasch anwachsenden Zahl von Publikationen in diesem Bereich diskutiert.
