Zusammenfassung
Nur bei ungefähr einem Drittel der Patienten mit einem floriden Ulkus findet man typische Ulkussymptome, d. h. Nüchternschmerz, der durch Nahrungsaufnahme verringert wird. Ein Drittel der Patienten beschreibt atypische Symptome, und ein Drittel der Patienten ist vollständig asymptomatisch.
