Zusammenfassung

Seit der letzten Änderung der Berufskrankheitenverordnung ist die „exogen allergische Alveolitis“ als eigenständige Berufskrankheit unter der Nr, 4201 in die Liste der Berufskrankheiten aufgenommen worden. Zuvor war von den zahlreichen Formen der allergischen Alveolitis lediglich die Farmerlunge als eigenständige Berufskrankheit registriert. In einer Vielzahl von beruflichen Tätigkeiten besteht jedoch die Möglichkeit der Exposition gegenüber Antigenen, welche zur Sensibilisierung und zum Krankheitsbild der exogen-allergischen Alveolitis (EAA) führen können [8, 41, 70, 85].
