Zusammenfassung

Die wichtigsten Ursachen hämodynamischer Veränderungen durch tachykarde Rhythmusstörungen sind:

  • Herzfrequenz;

  • Dauer der Tachykardie;

  • Vorhofkontraktion:Verlust, zeitliche Beziehung zur Ventrikelkontraktion;

  • intraventrikuläre Erregungsausbreitung;

  • Grunderkrankung: Ventrikelfunktion, Koronardurchblutung, Ventilfunktion.
