Zusammenfassung

Fehler und Risiken in der Arrhythmiebehandlung erwachsen aus der noch lückenhaften Kenntnis von Pharmakokinetik und Pharmakodynamik sowie dem unvollständigen Wissen über den Wirkungsmechanismus und die Entstehung von Nebenwirkungen. Andererseits gibt es eine Reihe von Risiken, die bei kundiger Handhabung der modernen Antifibrillanzien vermeidbar sind.
