Zusammenfassung
Wenn man mit dem Gastroenterologen über die chronische Pankreatitis diskutiert, geht es in der Regel um die Indikation zur Operation, wenn wir Chirurgen miteinander reden, meist nur noch um das bestmögliche operative Verfahren. Ich selbst sehe meine Aufgabe darin, die Operationsindikation mit dem nicht anwesenden Internisten zu diskutieren und stütze mich deshalb dabei auf eine mit Domschke gemeinsam erarbeitete Stellungnahme [6].
