  • Conference paper

Abstract

The port-wine stain (PWS) is a localized congenital ectasia of dermal vessels, the incidence of which is an estimated 1–3 children in 1000 births (1, 2). The flat and light pink macules of the early childhood tend to darken gradually by aging and get very often elevated developing warty papules.
