Eine hauswirtschaftliche Betriebsleiterin führt den hauswirtschaftlichen Großbetrieb, z.B. ein Alten- oder Kinderheim, eine Tagungsstätte, eine Kantine oder Bereiche im Krankenhaus und betreut in diesen Einrichtungen häufig die Betriebsbereiche Verpflegung, Hauspflege/Reinigung sowie Textil/Wäsche.
