Zusammenfassung

Wie bei den anderen Malignomen haben sich als wesentliche prognostische Faktoren beim Zervixkarzinom sein Ausbreitungsgrad und sein Wachstumsverhalten erwiesen. Diese beiden Merkmale sind eng miteinander gekoppelt; sie können teils makroskopisch-klinisch, teils mit mikroskopischen Methoden erfaßt werden.
