Therapie des Zervixkarzinoms

Zusammenfassung

Nach der Feststellung eines invasiven Kollumkarzinoms wird üblicherweise eine umfangreiche Ausbreitungsdiagnostik (Staging) durchgeführt. Die endgültige histologische Bestätigung des Tumors läßt sich prätherapeutisch nur aus den von vaginal erreichbaren Strukturen gewinnen. Die weiteren Informationen wie Parametrien- und Lymphknotenbefall, Harnstau und Fernmetastasierung müssen mit indirekten bildgebenden Verfahren gewonnen werden. Zu den in der Literatur am häufigsten zitierten Staginguntersuchungen gehören:

  • Rektoskopie,

  • Kolonkontrasteinlauf,

  • Zystoskopie,

  • Infusionsurographie,

  • Sonographie,

  • Computertomographie,

  • Ganzkörperszintigraphie,

  • Röntgenaufnahme des Thorax.
