Zusammenfassung
Über das therapeutische Vorgehen bei Unterkühlten gibt es enorme Kontroversen, die noch nicht geklärt sind. Die Gründe liegen wohl in der großen Vielfalt der physiologischen Antwortreaktionen, den verschiedenen Unterkühlungsgeschwindigkeiten und zusätzlichen Faktoren wie: Erschöpfung, Hypovolämie, Arrhythmien usw. Daß wiedererwärmt werden muß, ist unumstritten, aber wie (Golden 1982)?
