Zusammenfassung
Etwa 50% der Hämophiliepatienten in Deutschland sind mit dem Humanen Immundefizienzvirus (HIV) infiziert [1]. Die HIV-Infektion führt zu einem fortschreitenden Verlust von CD4+-T-Helferlymphozyten. Reicht die Anzahl von T-Helferlymphozyten für die Infektabwehr nicht mehr aus, so treten opportunistische Infektionen auf, die zum Tode des Patienten führen [2]. Im Gegensatz zu diesem progredienten Krankheitsverlauf fanden wir bei einigen HIV+-Patienten eine Erholung der Immunfunktionen.
