Zusammenfassung

Bei ungefähr 12% der Patienten mit einer schweren Hämophilie A treten Anti-körper gegen F.VIII:C auf. Mehrere Möglichkeiten zur Behandlung bei Blutun-gen stehen zur Verfügung: hochdosierter F.VIII bei niedrigem Inhibitortiter, Inhibitorreduktion (z.B. durch Plasmapherese) vor F.VIII-Gabe bei hohem Inhi-bitortiter, Prothrombin-Komplex-Konzentrate oder aktivierter Prothrombin-Komplex und porciner F.VIII (Hyate:C). Aus unterschiedlichen Gründen sind diese Maßnahmen immer wieder entweder nicht durchführbar oder ineffektiv. Diese Patienten sind also ständig der Gefahr ausgesetzt, einer nicht behandel-baren Blutung zu erliegen.
