Zusammenfassung
Die idiopathische Thrombozytopenie ist eine häufig beobachtete klinische Manifestation der HIV-1-Infektion, die insbesondere bei Patienten mit Hämophilie mit einem erhöhten Blutungsrisiko kombiniert ist. Der klinische Verlauf der idiopathischen Thrombozytopenie kann durch Gabe von Steroiden, Vinblastin, Danazol oder durch Milzexstirpation beeinflußt werden [1–6]. Eine weitere therapeutische Möglichkeit stellt die intravenöse Gabe von Immunglobulin-G-Präparaten (IVIG) in hoher Dosierung dar [5].
