Zusammenfassung
Seit März 1987 werden 51 hämophile HIV-positive Patienten im Alter von 6 bis 20 Jahren in der HIV-Ambulanz der Universitäts-Kinderklinik Bonn betreut. Entsprechend den Empfehlungen des wissenschaftlichen Beirates der Bundesärztekammer [5] werden die Patienten in 3- bis ömonatigem Abstand untersucht. Neben den empfohlenen Untersuchungen, inklusive eines vollständigen neurologischen Status, Kontrolle verschiedener Laborparameter sowie Röntgen-Thorax und Oberbauchsonographie werden auch mikrobiologische Untersuchungen von Rachenabstrichen, Sputen und Stuhlproben auf pathogene Erreger durchgeführt. Weiterhin wird eine regelmäßige EEG-Kontrolle und ein MRT des Gehirns angestrebt.
