Zusammenfassung
Ein Blick in die Literatur mag den Anschein erwecken, daß die Forschung zur Anorexia nervosa sehr vielfältig ist. Dieser Eindruck ist auch insofern richtig, als sich nicht nur Vertreter unterschiedlicher medizinischer Disziplinen und psychologischer und psychotherapeutischer Schulen mit dieser Krankheit auseinandersetzen, sondern auch Pädagogen, Soziologen, Biologen, Ernährungs- und selbst Literaturwissenschaftler.
