Zusammenfassung

Die Therapie von Pilzinfektionen der Nägel ist noch immer problematisch, da die vorhandenen therapeutischen Möglichkeiten bisher zum Teil recht unbefriedigend sind. Jede Therapie einer Onychomykose ist zwangsläufig langwierig. Sie fordert ein hohes Maß an Compliance von Seiten des Patienten und Führung von Seiten des behandelnden Arztes.
