Abstract

Primary carcinoma of the female urethra is a rare tumour accounting for less than 0.02% of all malignancies occurring in women (Fagan and Hertig 1955). In general, malignancies of the female urethra have been reported to be twice as frequent as in men (McCrea 1952).
