Zusammenfassung

Zur Behandlung der habituellen Patellaluxation sind zahlreiche Operationsverfahren vorgeschlagen worden. Schon vor über 60 Jahren hat Friedland [8] z. B. 54 verschiedene Methoden zusammengestellt. Blumensaat [3] konnte 13 Jahre später über 79 verschiedenartige Eingriffe berichten. Inzwischen sind weitere Methoden hinzugekommen (z. B. [1]). Diese Vielfalt ist sicher Ausdruck unterschiedlicher pathologisch-anatomischer und pathophysiologischer Erscheinungen, aber auch Antwort auf manche enttäuschenden therapeutischen Resultate.
