Zusammenfassung
Bei der Anwendung von Opioiden im Neugeborenen- und Säuglingsalter muß mit einigen zum Erwachsenen unterschiedlichen pharmakodynamischen Reaktionen gerechnet werden. Obwohl die Opioide auch in den frühen Lebenstagen mit selektiven Bindestellen an den Schaltstellen von Nervenleitungen interagieren, so weist doch das ZNS, was die Anzahl der Aufzweigungen und die Gesamtlänge der Dendriten betrifft, geringere Werte auf (Abb. 1; Tabelle 1).
