Zusammenfassung

Der IVF-Therapeut kennt die Bedeutung und die Gefahren des vorzeitigen LH-Anstieges während der Stimulation. Der Stellenwert dieses Phänomens wurde erst durch die IVF-Behandlung offenbar. Trotzdem gibt es zu dieser Problematik kaum Veröffentlichungen. Wenngleich keine IVF-Arbeitsgruppe die Bedeutung des vorzeitigen LH-Anstieges außer acht läßt, wird selten formuliert, was die jeweiligen Teams darunter verstehen.
