Zusammenfassung
Die hypervolämische Hämodilution (HD) stellt bei bestimmten Formen von Risikoschwangerschaften mit fehlender maternaler Plasmavolumenvermehrung (PIH, IUGR) ein adjuvantes, die Blutfließeigenschaften verbesserndes Therapie-konzept dar. In der vorliegenden Untersuchung werden die ersten Ergebnisse von simultan unter der HD gemessenen CW-Dopplerflow-Indices in den Aa. arcuatae und in der A. umbilicalis vorgestellt.
