Zusammenfassung
Das Skelettsystem ist eine Prädilektionsstelle für die Metastasierung beim Mammakarzinom. Verwendet man herkömmliche histologische Methoden (Knochenmarksstanze), läßt sich lediglich bei 3, 9% der Fälle eine Fernmetastasierung zum Zeitpunkt der Primärtherapie im klinischen und radiologischen M0-Stadium finden [1]. Ziel unserer Untersuchung war es, mittels immunzytochemischer Markierung Tumorzellen in Knochenmarksausstrichen nachzuweisen, und die Metastasierungshäufigkeit im weiteren Erkrankungsverlauf zu untersuchen.
