Summary

The primary Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL) of the cervix uteri is extremely rare. Komaki et al. (3) found 25 cases, which were documented between 1957 and 1984. We present our first case of a primary high-malignant NHL of the cervix uteri (FIGO IIIb) and its management by combined radiotherapy. FIGO stages I to III can be successfully treated by radiotherapy. Surgery might be applied in FIGO stage I to II after exclusion of lymphnode-metastases. In FIGO stage IV combined radio- and chemotherapy is recommended.
