Alloplastischer Hüftgelenkersatz bei Ossifikationsstörungen des Skeletts

Summary

THR in case of disturbances of ossification of skeleton Report on 13 cases of THR in case of disturbances of ossification which means 0.3% of the whole casuistry of our hospital (1969–1986). 10 cases (young active patients) with coxarthritis following multiple enchondral dysplasia didn’t show any integration problems of cementless alloplasty; good middle-term results. THR in a 48 year old lady with M. Morquio was problematic due to anatomical situation. Only one patient with THR in case of M. Paget (60 year old lady).

Zusammenfassung

Bericht über 13 Fälle von endoprothetischem Hüftgelenksersatz bei Ossifikationsstörungen des Skelettes, was insgesamt 0,3% des Gesamtkrankengutes unserer Klinik der Jahre 1969 bis 1986 ausmacht. Bei 10 Fällen jugendlicher Patienten mit Coxarthrose bei multipler enchondraler Dysplasie ergaben sich keinerlei Integrationsprobleme der zementfreien Alloplastik bei guten mittelfristigen Ergebnissen. Bei einer 48jährigen Patientin mit M. Morquio war die Prothesenimplantation durch enge anatomische Verhältnisse kompliziert. Nur 1 Fall eines künstlichen Hüftgelenksersatzes bei M. Paget (60jährige Patientin).
