Abstract
This is an interesting paper and I was immediately impressed by the dedication and perseverance that must have been necessary to collect and code the daily data for the 25 firms over the 11 year period. Briefly, I will restrict my comments to three main areas: (1) the role of this type of study; (2) the quality of the data; and (3) the tests of weak form efficiency.
