Verhaltenstherapeutische Behandlungsansätze bei dystonen Syndromen

Zusammenfassung

In den letzten Jahren hat sich in der Behandlung nicht eindeutig organisch bedingter motorischer Störungen ein Ansatz durchgesetzt, der sich mit dem Begriff Verhaltensmedizin kennzeichnen läßt. Im folgenden sollen Möglichkeiten und Ergebnisse dieses verhaltensmedizinischen Ansatzes bei der Behandlung einer Untergruppe der motorischen Störungen dargestellt werden, den dystonen Syndromen, speziell den Störungsbildern Blepha-rospasmus, Schreibkrampf und Torticollis spasmodicus, die von Marsden zur Gruppe der „fokalen Dystonien“ zusammengefaßt wurden (Marsden 1976).
