Abstract
Once upon a time there was a giant, a giant in every respect: with an impressive stature, a force of character, infinite generosity of heart, and a noble spirit. He was broad-minded and a courageous humanist. His dynamism and zest were irresistible. He was highly talented, even a genius. Such was the person we knew and loved: Milan Hašek. Oaks are normally not felled, but, alas, he was.
