Zusammenfassung

Zur manometrischen Aufzeichnung der anorektalen Motilität eignen sich flüssigkeitsperfundierte Seitlochkatheter, Sleevekatheter nach Dent, Ballonsonden, Mikrotransducer und Radiotelemetriekapseln [22]. Einfach durchzuführen und am weitesten verbreitet ist die Aufzeichnung der Motilität mittels flüssigkeitsperfundierter Katheter, auf deren Darstellung wir uns im folgenden beschränken.
