Zusammenfassung
Stuhl- und Kontinenzprobleme sind häufige Beschwerden im klinischen Alltag [5, 6, 11, 14]. Anamnese und einfache Untersuchungsmethoden (digitale Untersuchung, Proktoskopie) dienen nicht nur der Basisdiagnostik, sondern sind für den Routinebetrieb häufig einzige Diagnoseverfahren. Die geschickte Führung des Anamnesegesprächs sowie der überlegte Einsatz der Untersuchungen sind Grundvoraussetzungen für die Diagnose und Therapie von Stuhlgangsproblemen. Kolorektale Untersuchungsmethoden werden in diesem Zusammenhang nicht abgehandelt, da sie Untersuchungen mit anderer Fragestellung sind.
