Zusammenfassung

Patienten mit Obstipation klagen häufig, daß sie trotz mehr oder minder starken Stuhldrangs entweder keine oder nur eine unvollständige Entleerung haben. Deshalb versuchen sie, durch wiederholtes und intensives Pressen das Gefühl der unvollständigen Entleerung loszuwerden. Die Ursache der Stuhlentleerungsstörung liegt bei diesem Leitsymptom im Anorektum. Man spricht von einer obstruierten Defäkation.
