Zusammenfassung

Ergänzend zu chirurgischen Therapieansätzen wird Cisplatin (CDDP) als eines der wirksamsten Cytostatica in der Behandlung von Bronchial-, Magen-, Kopf-Hals-Carcinomen und Osteosarkomen eingesetzt. Die starke renale Toxizität dieser Substanz am proximalen Tubulus im Rahmen der Nierenausscheidung ist jedoch der ausschlaggebendste Faktor zur Dosislimitierung bei klinischer Anwendung (1).
