Zusammenfassung
Am 29. Januar 1881 wurde von Theodor Billroth der epochemachende Eingriff einer distalen Magenresektion mit Gastroduodenostomie durchgeführt, der seitdem als “Billroth-I-Resektion” ein Begriff ist (1). Das Manoeuvre nach Kocher (2) stellt eine für diese Methode oftmals hilfreiche Erweiterung dar, bei der das Duodenum teils stumpf, teils scharf aus seiner Peritonealanheftung gelöst wird. Diese Mobilisation erfolgt im Bereich der duodenopankreatischen Platte, die der ehemaligen Tela subserosa entspricht. In ihr verlaufen die bogenförmig angeordneten Gefäße und posterioren Vagusäste, die hierbei durchtrennt werden (3).
