Zusammenfassung
Tumorzellen müssen, um metastasieren und invasiv wachsen zu können, zur Adhäsion an andere Zellen (Endothelzellen, Plättchen) sowie an Basalmembranen befähigt sein. Erst nach erfolgreicher Adhäsion kann die lokale Absiedlung und Durchwanderung einer Endothelzellschicht, bzw. die Invasion der extracellulären Matrix beginnen.
