Zusammenfassung
In den sechziger Jahren wurde wegen gehäuft aufgetretenen Streß-ulcera die medikamentösen Streßulcusprophylaxe generell eingeführt. Durch Reduktion der aggressiven Faktoren mittels Gabe von Antacida oder H2-Receptorenblockern wird der pH-Wert des Magens auf über 3,5 angehoben.
