Abstract
There has been remarkable progress in the research of the dynamics of a non-conserved quenched field by the advance of an efficient theoretical method, that is, the u-field theory /1/. TOYOKI and HONDA extended the theory to a complex field /2/. They analytically obtained the dynamics of vortices in a quenched field. However there remain many important problems: 1) formation processes of vortices from a high temperature disordered phase, 2) elementary process of vortex dynamics, such as reconnection of two vortex lines, 3) influence of an external field.
