Abstract

Anomalous diffusion on a fractal structure has been investigated by many authors (reviewed by Ref.[1]). Such diffusion is characterized by the the spectral (fracton) dimension[2] [3], which is defined through the mean number of distinct sites visited as S(t) ~ tds/2 (d<2) where ds and d are the spectral dimension and the spatial dimension respectively.
