Zusammenfassung

Das Tethered-spinal-cord-Syndrom (TSC) stellt eine komplexe Entwicklungsstörung dar, deren Ätiopathogenese nur unvollständig bekannt ist. Zum TSC-Syndrom gehören ein tiefstehender Conus medullaris sowie eine oder mehrere begleitende intradurale Anomalien, wie ein zu kurzes und verdicktes Filum terminale, fibröse Stränge, Adhäsionen oder ein intradurales Lipom [5].
