Zusammenfassung
Die vielfältigen Hypothesen zur Migräne (Amery 1984; Bakal 1975; Bes et al. 1986; Biggs u. Johnson 1984; Berde u. Fanchamps 1975; Bruyn 1984; Heyck 1982; Sargent et al. 1973; Saxena 1978; Wolff 1980) ergeben ein komplexes Bild der möglichen Pathophysiologie einer oder „der“ Migräne. Eine Entscheidung bezüglich der Wertigkeit nachgewiesener Störungen im Rahmen der Pathophysiologie erscheint zunächst nicht möglich. Es stellt sich aus klinischer Sicht daher die Frage, ob die gemeine, die klassische Migräne und die „migraine accompagnée“ unterschiedliche Krankheitsbilder darstellen (Hatchinski 1985; Olesen 1981b; Dalessio 1985; Wilkinson u. Blau 1985) oder ob sie als klinischer Ausdruck unterschiedlich schwerer Störungen bei einer im Grunde einheitlichen Pathophysiologie aufzufassen sind (Heyck 1956; Wolff 1980).
