MR-Tomographie bei Säuglingen mit Phakomatosen

Zusammenfassung

Patienten mit neurokutanen Syndromen wie dem Sturge-Weber-Syndrom und der tuberösen Sklerose zeigen i. allg. die ersten neurologischen Symptome bereits im 1. Lebensjahr. Typische Hautveränderungen legen häufig die Diagnose nahe. Neben einzelnen Berichten über sonographische (Franek u. Werner 1984) und/oder computertomographische Untersuchungen (Legge et al. 1984) gibt es bisher nur wenig Informationen über entsprechende MRT-Befunde im frühen Kindesalter. Es soll daher über entsprechende Erfahrungen bei drei Säuglingen berichtet werden.
