Summary

A rare complication after ileorectostomy for total aganglionosis of the colon is demonstrated. Eight years after the Operation fistulae between rectum and sacrum appeared. Other cases from the literature are mentioned.

Eine seltene Komplikation nach Ileorektostomie wegen totaler Aganglionose des Kolons wird vorgestellt. Acht Jahre nach dem Eingriff traten Fisteln zwischen Rektum und Sakrum auf. Entsprechende Fälle aus der Literatur werden erwähnt.

Résumé

Les auteurs decrivent une complication rare apres ileorectostomie dans un cas d’aganglionose totale du colon. II y a eu formation d’une fistule entre rectum et sacrum, 8 ans apres l’operation. II est fait mention des autres cas presentes dans la litterature.
