Zusammenfassung

Langsam progrediente Spastik, die von den unteren zu den oberen Extremitäten fortschreitet. Die Spastik ist stärker ausgeprägt als die Paresen. Häufig stark ausgeprägter Adduktorenspasmus. Manifestation bevorzugt im Kindes- und Jugendalter. Die Ausprägung kann bei Angehörigen einer Familie stark differieren. Die Lebenserwartung ist nicht wesentlich verkürzt, die Arbeitsfähigkeit nur gering eingeschränkt.
