Das Restrisiko gegenwärtiger Geburtshilfe

Zusammenfassung

Die Sectiofrequenz ist in den letzten Jahren stetig angestiegen. Mit dieser Zunahme wird die Geburt nach vorausgegangenem Kaiserschnitt ein immer häufigeres Ereignis. Wird die übermäßige Ausdehnung der Sectioindikationen unter anderem als Ausdruck geringer werdender geburtshilflicher Erfahrung gewertet, muß die Geburtsleitung bei Zustand nach Sectio ein immer größer werdendes Problem darstellen. So erscheint es fast nachvollziehbar, wenn dem Grundsatz „einmal Sectio, immer Sectio“ gehuldigt wird.
