Summary

In 1986, with the objective of assessing contact sensitivity to thioureas in Portugal, the Portuguese Contact Dermatitis Group carried out an overall study, which included four thioureas from Trolab. The total number of patients tested was 2025, of whom only 3 reacted positively to thioureas. The cause of the affection in every case was their footwear.
